For some time i have noted my batteries showing a wide differential on charging. is this fixable or is it software/ cloud issue? How could i diagnose which?

some divergence is inevitable because the primary battery takes the load first, so charges and discharges first
the only “fix” is to ensure you are on the latest battery and inverter firmware as later versions have improved this, and maybe do a battery calibration to reset the SoC levels ( but do this when its a bit warmer)
Thankyou Geoffrey. When you mean a battery calibration SoC. Do you mean fully charging and fully discharging battery system?
yes sort of.
A calibration is a scheduled operation on the inverter (you can initiate it yourself from the portal), that will fully discharge and then fully charge the battery to determine what the upper and lower SoC limits are for the battery(s)
In this respect its slightly different than you just doing a normal full discharge and charge
How do i do this as i dont see that in the portal?
