Afternoon,
I recently had a power outage, when the power came back the inverter and my gen3 9.5kwh battery came back on online as expected but older 5.2kwh did not.
The 5.2 is the slave battery on the system, its stuck on with its lights showing the state of charge at around 70%, the power button does nothing and its no longer recognised/showing in the inverter settings.
I’ve raised tickets and phoned support multiple times since this happened in late October with no response…
Does anyone have any ideas what I could try to resolve this? I keep going back and trying the power button every now and again in the hope that it might power off the system but no luck!
