Battery reading 0% voltage falling

Hello—hoping for some help.

I noticed today that both my inverter appeared to be offline (no lights showing) and the battery has discharged. AC3.0 with 5.2 battery

I’m not overly technical, but I followed the restart procedure on a Give support video (powered down the battery, put all the isolators into the off position and then turned it back on following the same procedure in reverse).

The inverter came back to life, but the battery is still reading 0% and the voltage is currently falling (43.06v) at time of writing, down from 44.2, two hours ago. I’ve tried manually charging the battery via the cloud dashboard but nothing happens.

The inverter may have been offline for a few weeks as I have no data since 28th June.

I’ve emailed Give support, but the auto reply advises it may take 5 working days for a response. While I wait should I shut down the battery to stop the voltage falling further? I don’t want to damage the battery or system, but not sure what the best course of action is?

Any advice appreciated.

There is no Givenergy anymore, and no support from the company.

Sounds like you need someone to do a manual ‘boost charge’ on the battery to spring it back into life.

For anyone else that finds this post and has the same issue, I used https://solar-tech-support.co.uk/ and Ron got the battery going again remotely within an hour.
