Hi I have Giv-AC3.0 & 2 x 8.2 kWh battery, that since Saturday morning has been stuck in idle due to a battery voltage low fault, I have tried to reset the system but to no avail, I have checked for loose connections but everything seams fine, if keep the breaker between inverter & batteries the batteries have green states light as soon as switch is turned on there is a noise and then batteries status goes red, I had a similar issue last September and a givenergy engineer came out said it was lose connection and something with the breaker, had no issues since then
