Latest update. its now over 1 month that the system has not been working. I attempted to contact GIvEnergy again on WhatsApp to get an update. It took 6 attempts and finally the support team answered but all they could tell me was that it was in the hands of the warehouse team and they did not know the lead-time or have any visibility of warehouse stock movements. I pressed him for more info but all he was willing to say was that “they have encountered a lot of issues”.
Amazing Customer Support:)) I wonder if there is a clause on how long it takes to fix something. Wouldn’t this mean you have lost £100’s or even £1000’s in 6 months of it not working properly?
It’s nowhere near 6 months yet. More like 6 weeks now.
After @ 13 weeks I can now confirm that my AC3 invertor was replaced yesterday by the original installer who were paid by GivEnergy to do it. So far it appears to be working properly . Will update if that changes!
