Firmware Update not ending

I am trying to install the recommended forward update. Those is in response to the notification to 'Why update your Dongle Chipset?".

I’ve downloaded the firmware to my tablet.

I’ve reset the dongle.

I’ve connected to the dongle.

And it says there firmware is updating. But that update never ends. I’ve waited over 1 hour.

What shall I do next?

I have a notification that they have an updated Andriod app that will update the dongle

I don’t use a Dongle myself so don’t know if it will work

If it was working fine, don’t update it.

The update was apparently only for people having issues.

If it is now broken, call support
