GivEnergy Battery @ zero charge and shutting itself down!

I’ve recently seen the battery, which is being managed by Octopus on their Intelligent Flux scheme @ zero charge and shutting itself down. Even though I’ve tried several times now to re-boot the battery as well as the solar system, nothing seems to change and the battery isn’t charging at all. The solar system continues to work fine though!
I’ve had a brief conversation with an Octopus person, who wasn’t that knowledgeable or particularly helpful, as well as our installer, NextGen who installed the system a little over a year ago. They suggested the issue remains with Octopus as they are in control of the battery management, and have let it go below the 4% minimum level, advising a forced charge, which as I’m locked out from the inverter functionality, I can’t currently influence.

I’ve logged an urgent query with Octopus, 2-days ago, followed up yesterday, asking for their prompt engagement to rectify the issue, with to date, no response.

Does anywone have any advice as to how I might be able to get the battery back to full functionality and soon, as I’m getting worried that as too much time goes by, the battery will fail totally and require replacement, which with GivEnergy going bust in the UK, makes a direct replacement rather complicated to say the least…
