I recently had an issue where in the same 3 day period the app and cloud portal stopped reporting data, and the battery was stuck at 100%, and notified an inverter firmware update was required.
I tried updating over the air with no success, but now I’ve managed to update both the dongle and the inverter manually.
I also successfully got predbat up and running, which appears to be fine as well, but the cloud portal and phone app are still not reporting any data unless in local mode. My inverter is now showing as “CEXXXXXXXX” in the cloud, so I’m now using the iPhone INVlocal app to monitor locally.
Please can someone explain how I might be able to get the sensors reporting to the cloud again, or whether this seems to require replacement of anything? I assume this is being controlled over MODBUS?
I really want all the sensors to report to the cloud as all my home assistant monitoring charts are now not working either. I don’t understand how predbat can be working, but home assistant cannot read the information to populate charts?
