what do you see in the charging and discharging slots
If you have the Android Inverter app from RubikCube you could see if there are any battery errors logged and what the battery cell voltages are which is the only other thing I can think of is causing the inverter to stop discharging prematurely.
If a cell voltage is the problem then a calibration (initiated through the portal) might resolve the issue, but it does sound like you will have to log a call with givenergy support and see what they can diagnose
