How odd. It opens for me. Go over to the other Givenergy forum at
and look at 4th post down. There are some answers there that are not ideal but workable.
Include it all in the list of fixtures & fittings, white goods etc that will be part of the house sale.
Have you appointed a conveyancer yet? They should be very aware of how to do it!
