4010 to 4011 failed to update

I updated to Inverter 318 successfully yesterday - offered me 4010 to 4011 - tried that and failed now three times to update

Is the DIP switch in the side bit, set for Internal USB access, or external.

If you want you can set to External 00, both off
then load it via a small USB stick <2GB FAT formatted
