5.2 G3 Battery low battery (SOC)

I have a G3 5.2 battery that is not charging.

The voltage measured is 2.2V. Im looking for guidance to recovery the battery or the next steps to take to bring the battery back online

There is a process given to installers using a 60V 5A bench power supply to try and boot start batteries that have gone to sleep, possibly in cold weather or lack of use.
