Hello, I’ve had my EV charger installed for 4 months; it’s been hit and miss with chargjng as the app doesn’t always show all the functions, plus, it often swings between on and offline.
Is there such a thing as a written document on how to use the app? (Not the installation guide). I’ve downloaded the most recent firmware AC_GL1_1.11 but to no avail.
Often the functions are not accessible on the app which has left me no other option than to use the granny plug to charge the car.
Any guidance will be gratefully received.
