I am trying to get hold of Give Energy and it keeps cutting me off so I thought id ask on the offchance here.
We had a few issues recently and had an engineer out. All was working perfectly until i made the stupid decision of trying to update the firmware on the battery to 3022 ( from 3012)
The update failed and then suddenly we were no longer pulling any solar in despite sunny day and battery went to Zero. I rebooted the whole system
The battery now shows 100 percent but not pulling in any solar and battery isn’t discharging. Dongle has a solid blue light . All lights on inverter are blue.Any ideas? Many thanks
