Adding Givenergy EV charger to the online dashboard?

Hello, my Givenergy EV Charger is shown in my mobile app but not on the online dashboard.
Is there any way to add the EV charger onto the online dashboard?

Hi yah, mine automatically appeared after my installer registed the device.

Just to double check, have you checked edit your dashboard, to see if it’s there and you can then add it?

Yes I checked that - the only options I have in edit my dashboard are to add cards.
I think I registered my EV charger with Givenergy - I bought it a few months before final installation and initially powered it up from house plug and configured and set it up in my mobile app. Does it get registered with Giv during setup and config - I seem to recall it did but that was back in Nov.
I will see if Giv Support can confirm.

Hi yah, thanks for the reply, it maybe your EVC is in your account and your installer has used a different account to install the rest. So if you contact GE they can move the EVC across to your new account or visa verse?

I was the installer - a local electrician did the wiring and I installed the charger using my givenergy mobile app - which has all my account details - I have emailed Giveenergy support anyway this morning so will see what they reply with. I followed the exact instructions for the EV charger installation using the app. Thanks for the reply.

Haha, as you were the installer you must have done it right, so no idea why it is not on your Cloud. An issue that hopefully GE will sort for you now you have emailed them.

Hi - it is there but only as a graph on the left hand side when I scroll down - I expected it to be on top line a main component.
Hopefully have attached images.
Now getting my EV charger working with my car and Intelligent Octopus Go, or even just with timed charge seems to be another challenge - one for another thread - thanks for replies.
