Hi, I assume I have a battery calibration problem, as last night my AIO (13.5kWh) discharged rapidly to 60% before midnight (but hard to quantify how much energy used), then discharged to 4% (limit) between midnight and when I woke up while supplying only 2.9kWh of energy.
I’ve sent an emial to Givenergy support, but any suggestions here? Thanks!
Have you checked the logs on the GivEnergy website ?
Click the "Remote Control " icon
And then the logs are at the bottom of the page

My AIO keeps crashing its SOC, and sometimes when charging jumps from (e.g.) 90% → 100% instantly (usually leading to a SOC crash at the end of that day).
Also, 9 times out of 10, when I try to view those logs I just get a timeout error.
Every time there’s a firmware update I hope that they’ve fixed the SOC problem, but so far I haven’t seen it go away.
