Both the Gateway and AIO show as offline in the app (blnking green LED on both units), but I can see them on the network and their IP addresses (amusingly they appear as Samsung Galaxy items!)
The portal says they have a firmware update pending but neither will update. Just how do I reset them without turning the whole house off or get into the settings to check and see the IP address. It looks like the units have defaulted to an IP address of 192.168.1.1 when I search for them on the app. Both are hard wired ethernet. Worked fine for a mnth but now been offline for 7 days… System appears to be working fine including the EV charger tied overnight charge but no way of knowing via the app or portal. I’m not overly keen on turning the whole house off to reboot the things. Anyone???
