App. Status. is Offline I cant get box to charge

I have reset. my wifi box switched off the ev charger , still app is offline

The only way I found around this was to power down the EVC and then power up again. I was getting EVC offline a lot until GE did the firmware update. Check yours has been updated by looking at EV Charger Information in the EV Charger Settings in the app. Mine say the Firmware Version is now AC_GL1_1.10.

I had to get the engineer s round to wire the the EV box directly to internet

Then I was back online on the app
