Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask (joined following the news and emails!) - Does anyone have any knowledge of “properly” administering their systems? I had an issue where the battery got “stuck” in calibration mode and was not charging or discharging, took a remote cancellation of the calibration by GivEnergy - Obviously if that help is not available in the future (or even now) then thats essentially a system down forever just because the app/web portal doesn’t allow for full admin rights. Any experience shared would be great!
In theory at least, your installer is responsible - they won’t be much help if GE disappear entirely, but they are your warranty contact, not GE.
