Can anyone help?
I got a 10kw Solar panels a GIV-AC3.0 inverter and 3 batteries (2 x 8kw ,1 x 5kw)
On December the 1st there was a problem with the inverter. the batteries stop charging or discharging .After a lot of phone call and email , I had to pay £180.00 to get an engineer down. The engineer confirmed (on the 17th February )that the batteries were offline due to a stuck firmware issue on the inverter, which prevented normal operation. And they recognise it was not due to any customer action. I asked for the refund 10 days ago and still have not got it. I had it working for two weeks and on 1st March the batteries stopped working again from charging or discharging correctly. Showing 10% on the first battery and 100% on the other two batteries. Tried to do a manual reset on the batteries and that did not work. Try contacting Givenergy again and getting the run-around. Try phoning them only to get an AI robot. Please can anyone help.
