Battery at 0%

Hi all
Got a problem with my battery, perhaps someone can advise please.
I have a Giv energy system consisting of solar panels an 8.2 kWh battery and a 3.7 kW inverter.
I’m on Intelligent Octopus Flux tariff.
Looking at the Giv app I can see that around mid December something went wrong with the system. The main thing I noticed is that the panels were not providing power at all.
I checked all the breakers - all were on. Then I switched everything off - the DC and AC isolators and a rotary switch I found on the underside of the inverter. After about 5 minutes I switched everything on again.
Now the panels are contributing power, however the battery is at 0% (and has not changed in the week since I did the power cycle of the inverter).
Can anyone suggest what I can try to get the battery to charge please.
