New user here. My all in one charges to69% from solar then the gateway decides to return the excess solar to the grid rather than fully charge the battery. As I’m still waiting for documentation from the dno I am giving energy away that I would rather keep in the battery. Anyone else seen this , and is there a setting that directs the battery to charge beyond 69%?
If I charge the car overnight the battery seems to be the first source of power, so would rather have the 31% in there rather than have to pay to pull 4kwh from the grid
Worked out this is a setting in the GivEnergy cloud. Was trying to find this feature in the app, but its not set there
I would also check what firmware and software versions you are on… as sometimes this will stop you being able to fully charge / discharge.
And the latest firmware take time for it to be available on the portal for self service - so you need to get the helpdesk to update it :
