Hello,
I have a Home Assistant Automation that runs through the winter months that charges the battery overnight so that we can run on the battery during the day, saves me 17p per kWh. This has worked great for months.
I also have an automation that charges the EV as well. It does the same things as the battery charge automation but also sets up the EV charger, this has also been in place for a year and works fine, and the car did charge last night as well.
The reason for this post is because the battery did something very odd, it both discharged to the grid and charged from the grid throughout the night.

I cannot work out how this happened.
Also worth noting that there is no timed range for discharging set.
