Battery discharge not resetting after EVC use

Recently had an 8kW HV inverter, battery and EV charger installed.
The EVC is set on a schedule for overnight charge, and the inverter is correctly pausing discharge when it senses a charge starting ( Charger is set to inverter control).
However once the charge period finishes the inverter discharge rate is remaining low and not resetting so inverter is not matching house load in the morning.
Manually setting the inverter discharge rate back to 8kW is working fine bit assume it should do this automatically once the charge period is over?

Not sure if it’s related but inverter local readings are only showing up briefly after a restart despite being connected via ethernet, then I am unable to get local readings even if I manually add the IP address, but still getting ‘away’ readings and data all appearing in Givenergy cloud. Could it be trying to reset the discharge rate but not connecting fully? I can’t see anything in the logs.

I have this too. Sometimes it goes back up to 6kw discharge but sometimes it does not.

Not that pleased about it

Hi, I have a similar problem. Had an EVC added to my existing (18 months old) GE system (AIO v1; GE Gateway; Solis 8,4 kW PV). Initial ‘overnight’ (Octopus Go tariff) appeared to work ie. the AIO discharge rate was reset to its normal value of 6kW. But the last two overnight charges have left the ‘battery discharge rate’ at some (meaningless?) small value (639 watts). After the first failure I manually reset the discharge rate and it accepted. But today it appeared to need an EVC power off/on before the normal (6kW) value was accepted…

Can anyone provide a solution to this annoying issue?

Has anyone found a solution to this problem?
