I have a 9.5 Gen 3 Battery and had it fully charged with EDF free Sunday. This was done via a scheduled charge in the Sunday. The battery charged to 100% and the timed charge was deleted. The system was then left in the hands of the Hybrid inverted overnight. Today the system has remained on with the battery remaining at 100% with the house being powered by Solar and grid import. The battery seems to be stuck not charging or discharging. I have tried a system hybrid reset but it seems to have no effect.
any suggestions to get the system back to how it was after commisioning?

Check you fusebox to see if any mcbs have tripped.
The timed charge is not deleted after its executed (assuming you used the GivEnergy app/portal to program it). The charge has no concept of day of week so it will take effect the next day as well unless you disable the charge.
Try doing a ‘reset to defaults’ in the portal and make sure Eco mode is turned on. Explicitly turn it off and on again to ensure it is set
Thanks for the assist. Did a reset and switched off the timed charge. Seems to working fine now. Now wish I could prioritise the solar to battery or export now. During the peak times the inverter seems to prioritise export over battery charge.
With Eco mode on your inverter will firstly let any solar generation meet house load, then it will fill the battery, and only any excess will be exported.
But your inverter can generate more AC from solar than the battery can charge up with, so on sunny days you will get charging the battery at its max rate and exporting the rest.
Also, as the battery nears to full the charge rate slows down, so more will be exported then
