Hi, Over past 3 weeks the battery is not charging up fully between 2-5am which is the cheap rate. The percentage drop has been progressive, decreasing every day reaching on 1.9Kw this morning. The battery is a 9.5Kw GivEnergy and was charging up fully until about 3 weeks ago. Why is this happening. I’m on the Octopus flux rate. Any advice would be appreciated.

I suspect your batteries are cold
Thanks. Today it was charging at 400w, so your inverter is doing better than mine. Effectively this means i can’t make much use of Octopus’s flux rate in cold weather.
Just as a test… why not do a force charge to 100% to get some heat into the battries ?
Start it at about 7pm at night to try and keep it cheap - but let it get to 100% and then do a discharge.
I use “Predbat” and that gives me the option to do a Forced SOC - it’s worth giving it a try.

Thanks. I’ll try that and improvise with some insulation around the battery.
