Hi, I have had me pv system for about two years the GE inverter is working fine and powering to home and grid. But my ge battery is not charging at all. I think it has been like thi for. While. I have tried the breaker switch to the battery and pressing the button on the side of the battery. Any ideas?

I have noticed i have loads of notifications of. BMS UNDER VOLTAGE. not sure if this is anything to do with it.
What are the firmware versions on your inverter and batteries ?
You might find your on an old version and that there is a fix in there for ya !
For example a few fixed for low voltage here : Low voltage firmware revisions
But without knowing what inverter or batteries your have it’s hard to help any further.
But your best bet as well is to email the helpdesk - they are awesome. ( don’t ring - email seems to be better )
Hi thanks for the reply, I have contacted to helpdesk. They tried to force a charge but no joy. Waiting to hear back from them.
