Battery shows red and turns itself off

I have been trying to get some support for over a month, as my battery shows red and turns itself off. I think it might need a forced charge but it seems to be locked / controlled by Givenergy and there is no support available, any ideas how I can address this situation?

Have you raised a ticket? I searched fro your email address and found nothing.
