In the last 48 hrs one of my 9.5kwh battery is stuck in idle mode, will not charge despite sunlight. The app summary data says 7% charge, 0 watts and 0.18v 7 degrees. The battery specific info shows 51.1v 9.2 degrees. I have no confidence in the accuracy of the giveenergy app. Also noted that the Battery discharges quicker than
it charges under the same conditions.
Anything changed recently that would messup the battery?
Have you simply tried powering the battery off and on again ? ( yes I used to be in IT support )
Yes and whole system/ inverter. Support tried to “jump” the battery today with no result. Engineer needed.
