Please can anyone help. My 2x9.5 batteries appear to be stuck. They are not discharging as per eco mode. All seems to be in good order- inverter online, batteries take timed charge as per Octopus Intelligent Go, they can be forced to discharge manually. But just stuck! Thanks.
you’ve not provided a lot of information. I would check first of all what the inverter settings are in the portal, click the little wheel next to each box to force a download of the setting from the inverter to the portal
and then if you share a screenshot of your settings we may be able to advise what is set wrong
check enable DC discharge is turned on and reserve set to 4% is a good check first of all
Thanks. I contacted the installer and they managed to sort and sent this reply:
“Your system is now working.
The DC charge was turned off via your app. There were also calibration changes that had been made in between the API making changes to your system, setting the system to full capacity. I’m not sure if this is something you may have done or if there was a glitch in the API, as the changes only show up as “Server” changes.”
I have not reinstated the API as yet. Any ideas on the glitch?
