The Resource Hub is empty…anyone seen TheDragon recently?..Seems like rumours are true..GivEnergy going down the drain…Any news anyone?

Think they have had Zoho issues with their website according to other forums

I have just joined the hub as we have zero visibility of our set up on the app, after considerable time trying to contact for help. Reading around a bit, it appears the company is in a mess and they look like they are going to focus on ‘commercial interests’ in future. I think that means little old domestic users will be at the end of a very long queue.

you may be right…people on the main GivEnergy portal community chat are looking at solutions. I am using Android Inverter Monitor App in case GivEnergy. Available on GooglePlay. Free to use but for £10 you get full access (one-off payment)

I think during the time I used them for my aromatherapy practice, they had one outage in 12 years. There were a couple of times when I had problems with emails on top of that. All were resolved within 24 hours. There again, none happened at weekends.
