Hi All,
We have a job where we have installed a 5kw Hybrid inverter , a gen2 9.5 kWh battery and a gen3 9.5 kWh battery.
The power went down the other night and since then the batteries won’t discharge. The portal only recognises one battery (the gen3). The gen 2 has a red fault light and the logs show BMS Discharger Short Current .
I’ve updated all firmware, restarted the system but nothing seems to work. We’re attending site tomorrow but was wondering if anyone had experienced similar issues or had any other ideas ?
