I’ve tried a soft and hard reset but both my Gateway and AIO are still showing as lost/offline. I’ve tried to reconnect the AIO to the wifi but no luck. Any suggestions.

regardless of the lost status, what do you see in the meter data tab, is the inverter still sending data to the portal OK? Sometimes the status is wrong and the inverter is still connected
what do you see on your wifi router, are they connected?
have you made any changes to your wifi recently?
try following the setup guide (on givenergy website or youtube) for reconfiguring the dongle to your wii

Thanks for replying Geoffrey. I’ve just solved it. The 2.4 GHz channel had stopped working on our WiFi. I’ve rebooted that and the 2.4 channel is back and everything now working fine.

2.4GHz is critical as that’s the only one that the givenergy devices work on
weird that it should stop working. Definitely needed !
