For your information - Had a recent problem accessing GivEnergy cloud portal using SSO login and BT mail - was not receiving OTP notification to BT mail account (was working ok previously) - fix was to add noreply@givenergy.cloud to safe senders list on BT mail account
I have about 300 emails in the BT safe sender list, but it still insists on sending 8-10 emails a day to the spam folder, which prevents me from downloading them (POP3) until I logged into webmail and moved them.
I’ve even tried adding rule to move from spam to inbox, but that doesn’t work :-(
