I have hybrid solar system, happy with it until my app stopped working after Christmas and now I can’t see my app usage’s tried to log in and says email not recognised.
How do I get my app working again, I tried to phone and message says no customer service, emailed no response,

Try your installer?
Did you follow the instructions re SSO setup? A lot of people have had issues with that.
My logon to Giv was a name “First name Surname” style, rather than an email address.
Have you also tried the web portal just in case it’s an app issue, portal.givenergy.cloud I think it is.
