Cant Log into App on Phone or Laptop

I have been unable to sign in to the app for 3 days now, on windows laptop and android phone. Is anyone else having issues?

12 days for me - WhatsApp messages just get the auto ‘too busy’ reply. On to Octopus who installed it to see if they can help, but seems to be a GivEnergy problem.
