Change tariff settings in portal

Wise people, I realise there is probably a simple way of doing this but I am damned if i can find it. After much fannying about i worked out how to set my tariff to show in the dashboard. Now my rates have changed, I cannot see how to change them. I manged to set them on the smart tariff, but a I’m not really on a smart tariff, just a EV overnight off peak one, I cannot see how to change it on there either. it cant be that hard can it?

:rofl:it’s not but I had exactly the same problem, twice. Sadly can’t remember how to do it now!
Sleep on it then try again, it worked for me.

every time i check there is no way. I logged a case on the feedback form a month a go, I have not heard back from that. I also emailed them at the same time and not had a reply to that still despite saying 5 working days for a reply. Are they usually that sh1t ?
