Charge rate maxes out at 5.7kW and constant low Export to Grid?

Hi there,

I had my AIO installed a few days ago and have been monitoring it and have a few queries.

Firstly, it charges at a rate of 5.7kW max when it should be 6kW. Are there any reasons for this and things I should look into?

Secondly, the portal reports a steady low export to the Grid (<100W) when the battery is 100% powering the home. Is this expected or is there a setting somewhere to turn this off? My expectation is that this should be Idle when the battery is powering the home.

What version firmware are you running ?

You might just need a update

I am on Inverter Firmware Version D0.611-A0.611.

It was only installed 2 days ago so sure it will be on the latest and greatest?

Re charging at 5.7kW,

  1. It’s possible that your main incoming voltage is a bit low (ie below 230v)
    5,700w / 26A = 219v
    6,000w / 26A = 230v

  2. Has a charge rate limit been applied in settings?
