Hi first post my EV charger has been working fine for around 7 months and last night it started charging the car as usual but then stopped when I looked it said the charger was offline so I tried all the various ways to reconnect the charger but nothing worked the charger was showing a blue light but now its showing no lights I contacted my installer but they only could suggest the same things that I have already tried has anyone had the same issue and have you managed to fix it ? If not I am now left with an expensive ornament sitting on my drive!!
Your contract is with your installer so its for him to resolve if your EVC isn’t working
Unfortunately with givenergy in administration, if something fails we are going to have to get the installers to resolve the issue. Ultimately that could result in them giving you a refund or replacement product.
Not nice for the installer but that’s the way it is
