On a GE webpage https://givenergy.co.uk/energy-monitoring/ they state about 3rd party products…
GivEnergy software can integrate with many third-party energy technologies, such as:
Solar inverters
Air source heat pumps
Power diverters
EV chargers
I asked their support specifically about his, after 3 weeks i finally got an answer…
“There is no way to specify which load you are using on your portal, you will only see all your load together.”
Had a look over that page, and I’d agree there’s some bold claims in there that describe far more functionality than is (currently at least), possible in either the app or portal.
I interpret the paragraph right after the list you quote above as meaning “all the distribution board loads for 3rd party hardware just shows as grouped together”, whereas anything GE support directly (eg EV charger or their own smart sockets) will show as discreet data sources in the app or portal.
In these instances, the third party products appear in the portal / app as additional household loads, with all consumption data displayed as standard.
In theory should be possible for GE to facilitate integration with other 3rd party hardware manufacturers to show the sort of granularity described- would be much easier if there were some industry standardised APIs that manufacturers and likes of GE could all work together with.
If you’re inclined, could likely build something in likes of Home Assistant as that will more readily allow you to read ASHP or EV etc - I’ve only started dabbling with Home Assistant, and whilst I’ve got some stuff setup (and haven’t got ASHP installed yet), haven’t really made full use of the functionality created by others for GivEnergy
