I have bought a Giv. 9.5 KwH Gen.3 battery but cannot get it commissioned as my original system installer has gone bust. How can commissioning process be transferred?
It’s plug and play, no need to commission anything, it’s fully functional out of the box (as long as the installation guidance is followed).

Also make sure that the batteries are about the same voltage before you instal the new one.
Nothing required from an installer. The 12+ steps are on the FB GE groups and have been a) confirmed as working b) validated by the legend that is Paul L ex GE
