Hi Just had my all in one fitted yesterday. Been out all day and just thought I’d have a look see how much solar I’d produced on this lovely sunny day.
I’m pretty disappointed now that it’s a good solid Zero and same with the battery! I can see what I imported and used but that’s it! could this be a problem with the app or is it more likely that my installer had mucked up?
I have spoken to them and they are “Looking into it” !!

Either in the App or on the Webpage :
- Confirm “ECO” mode been turned on
- in “Battery Options” are the charge and discharge both at maximum
- Have you any “TIMED” charges in place
As a simple try I would “Reset to defaults” in the settings page and then give the system reboot.
But if it is just been installed only yesterday and not working I would get them back ASAP !! ( I didn’t pay my guys the full amount until I had confirmed it was all fully working )
