Is Give energy customer service always appalling have been try to contact them for over a week by phone and WhatsApp !!
GivEnergy support are very overloaded and have been for a period of time.
But have a read of other similar threads on this forum to make your own mind up.
Only advice is to keep trying.
Same here, battery stopped discharging on the 4th November, 7 Whatsapps completely ignored, 2 emails and 2 calls to them and still no-one is bothering to get back to me. Also emailed the installer who is yet to respond…
Despite having had a GivEnergy system for 5 years I’ve only just joined this forum. Was browsing topics when I saw this.
In my experience, their support services are truly APALLING! I have 2 bits of advice to get through - both of which I’ve used. The only way I could get any response.
