Dissapearing inverter!

Logging into my app tonight the inverter has completely dissapeared. Not just gone offline, but compeltely dissapeared. Logging into the online portal, same, “You don’t have any inverters registered to your account yet!”. What!? Anyone experienced this and can help?

I will try and contact support, but am very dissapointed from my last experience. The firmware update broke my dongle, but they werent answering the phone, nor were they replying to emails. Luckily my installer came to the rescue.

That sounds a little like my situation. (Non-solar AIO) The Gateway Wifi is working normally (transmitting a strong SSID although I don’t have the password) The INVERTER wifi SSID is usually non-existent although if I select all 4 dip switches to 0 it does appear but won’t save any settings . The result is that I have no connection to the portal or Android app

By any chance have you just changed over to their new SSO sign-on ?

Could it be as simple as you now have 2 accounts but only 1 has the inverter on it ?

In the case of the Gateway ssid- I can’t get that far (to the actual “dongle” menu) as the SSID itself is passworded and it has changed to something I’m not party to! The INVERTER SSID only appears randomly when 4 dips set to “0” but then won’t save any settings. There are quite a few others with the same problem do GivE have a major issue to sort out. In the meantime I have a semi working AIO but no monitoring or control possible!
