Does anyone know how to get GivEnergy to respond to support requests?

Ask your installer to ask GE - it doesn’t look like good time at GE right now.

Thanks - my installer also raised a ticket with them a month ago and I have emailed a few times, and called - only option is to leave a message, which I did and each time the AI confirmed they would prioritise our enquiry.

If you’ve not been following the news, GE have laid off a load of staff it seems, and clearly all is not well there.

Ok thanks - I had no idea. My installer has agreed to call them again in the morning.
