I’m trying to download the solar generation data from my Givenergy hardware, using the cloud/web page, and the Energy Graph tile. I select the date range (say, monthly), and the Generation dropdown, and the graph appears accurate. However, the data download isn’t.
For example, September 18th 2024, the graph shows 5.9kWh Solar to Grid - about right. The downloaded data gives zero.
Any idea what’s going on?! Or any tips on an alternative method to download generation data.

There’s talk on the other forum that a couple of columns are transposed.
E.g. the column header doesn’t match the data below it.
Could that be the case here?
(Not entirely sure which report, but it could be that).
Hi - many thanks for the replies. Yes! On a closer look, it seems two of the columns are mixed up - battery to home should be solar to battery. I’ll have a closer look and double-check over the next couple of days.
It’ll need a bit of unpicking but you can see what’s happening on the attached screenshot.
