Energy production figures don't match portal in the app

Last couple of days according to the app I’ve apparently had energy production and use at several multipliers higher than physically possible.

These numbers also don’t match what is showing on the cloud portal.

Anyone else seen this? A great day for us is 55kwh produced, but apparently I made 102 kwh on Monday. It’s just nonsense.

Anyone else seen this ? Or got any ideas? Why is the app different to the Portal?

Turns out there is a bug in the app, GE are aware and apparently working on a solution…

I have seen issues with the app reporting (and the data via the API) for the last few days. It looks to me like a recurrence of the data issues in early April, which they then “reverted” to their previous (working) version, only for it to apparently break again now.

The data issues seem to affect historical data too, as I can see that the data showing in the app now is different to what was showing two weeks ago (I extract the data every couple of weeks). Is this consistent with what you are seeing?

GE have not acknowledged my report yet, but if/when they do, I will report back.

Yes, my historical data was off too, which was weird. I had some days seemingly “corrected” earlier today, but stil first 2 days of June were way off.

Yes, me too. In the App my total total Solar production for this year is 20% too low. Also, at 45kWh, some dailies are too high. The Web figures seem to have stayed OK.
