EV charger factory reset but unable to reconnect

Hi,

I have a GivEnergy EV charger, carried out a factory reset as I was experiencing some issues with charging my car off the excess solar. So I though carrying out a factory reset was a good idea, now I cannot connect to my charger at all. Bad idea clearly. Looks like I need to reinstall the EV charger back on my account, however the QR code sticker has faded. I know my serial number but I don’t know the EVSE password.
