Hi all.
I seem to have issues with my inverter since the update to DA0.011 version firmware.
Unable to download from the website, the files seem to be in ZOHO now? unable to find them.
I have raised a ticket with support, but the response is non-existent. My installer went bust, so no support for me at this moment.
Can anyone send me the correct firmware to downgrade to version 9, which seemed to be working better.
It’s a 10kW 3-phase hybrid with 6 battery packs (20 kWh).

My system’s Serial is TC2337G257
I think i was on firmware 09 before the update to 11.
Main issue is weird behaviour on charging the battery. It seems it is not always using the full excess solar power on my home grid. Sometimes it actually does charge from AC and my grid export drops to zero (similar to the older firmware which worked fine).
Please feel free to push it back to the previous one anytime.

Thanks for putting firmware back to 09. I will check the behaviour in the coming days and let you know if it behaves normal now. The weather is not too good at the moment so need to wait until it clears up.

would have been useful to know where you were from, took me a while to figure out you were not in UK.
We had some nice weather yesterday.
The system seems to behave as expected (normal) again, supplying load from battery and taking all the excess solar (preventing exporting energy to the grid).
I am happy that all is back to functional
