Firmware update has broken my all in one

I recently made the mistake of updating firmware on my all in one.

Inverter Firmware Version
D0.616-A0.616

Battery Firmware Version
12

Since almost three weeks ago I have seen that the battery says “ERROR” and either a red solid light or a red flashing light. I have tried resetting.

Emailed support six or seven times with one response to say they would remote on but nothing happened. Then email standard responses asking to call. On hold for 30 minutes plus, no answer.

This looks really poor with no ability to roll back. I am now three weeks without a functioning battery. Any suggestions?

It appears to no longer have a connection to the grid.

Sorry to hear this tale.

If you have been having issues for 3 weeks then it is unlikely to be due to you updating - the update has not been publicly available for that long.

When did you last hear by email anything from support? When did you last speak to them?

Hi there, all fixed now although did take 1hr to get through to support.
